Refund Policy

At Pukka , your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund or exchange. Any return or exchange must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. A refund will only be given for the cost of the item. Returns are credited to the original form of payment.

Golf Bag Returns

• There is a flat £20 return label fee for all golf bags + the golf travel case.
• There is a flat £40 return label fee for the hardshell golf travel case.
• Buyer may use their own return label.
